Terms and Conditions
Dear customers,
sardasolemare - Ferdinando Busolin - provides you on the website Holiday Rentals.
These are the terms and conditions:
1 . Legal basis and status:
1.1. Ferdinando Busolin is acting on behalf of the owners' apartment as a mediator as representative of the owner.
1.2. The contract falls under Italian right
2.Reservation:
You can reserve via email, fax or by post. We will confirm as soon as possible by electronic mail.
3. Prices and payments:
3.1. The price includes the charges for the use of the flat, including gas, energy and water consumption. Any additional
expenses (such as cleaning) are charged to the customer.
3.2. In order to confirm a booking you need to make an advance payment of 50 % of the total cost of the booking this needs to
be received within 7 days.
3.3. If the Deposit is not paid, the contract shall be considered canceled.
3.4. The remainder of the full balance must be paid to Ferdinando Busolin 30 days before arrival.
4. Identity document:
At beginning of each stay you must present a valid passport or identity document.
5. Customer Cancellation:
The customer may cancel the contract till 30 days before the beginning of the holiday; in this case the advance payment
(Deposit) is not refundable. If there are less than 30 days between cancellation and the start of occupancy, the total amount must be paid.
6. Further obligations of the customer:
6.1. To keep the apartment and all furniture, utensils, equipment, fixtures and fittings in the Property and in the same condition
as at the commencement of the holiday.
6.2. The customer needs to report as soon as possible any breakages or damages caused during the holiday and to reimburse
the cost of replacement.
6.3. The customer is obliged to comply with local regulations, in particular the separation of waste.
7. Responsibilities of the customer:
7.1. The number of people occupying the Property must not be above the number stated on the booking confirmation. If it does
Ferdinando Busolin needs to be notified immediately.
7.2. That the apartment will be used solely for the purpose of a holiday by the Costumer(s).
7.3. If the Customer(s) abuses the apartment or displays dangerous, offensive or rude behavior to the Owners or any third
parties, sardasolemare have the right to ask the Customer(s) to leave the accommodation before the end of the holiday. If this
happens Ferdinando Busolin shall treat the holiday as being cancelled by the Customer(s) and the Customer(s) shall have no claim
against Ferdinando Busolin for compensation or reimbursement whatsoever.
8. Pets:
will be taken only upon prior authorization by Ferdinando Busolin.
9. Check in and checkout Times:
Access on the arrival day is after 12.00 p.m. and to vacate the Property by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure
